As a Functional Medicine Health Coach (trained through IFM and FMCA), I work with you using the principles of Functional Medicine, to consider how all aspects of your life come together to support your health and well-being. As your health coach, I partner with you to help you move forward into creating positive lifestyle habits so you can feel your absolute best. If you are working with a health care provider, I work in collaboration with your provider to assist in navigating through the protocols designed for you.

Yes! Functional medicine health coaching is client-centered, meaning we focus on your needs and goals. Often people experience a gap between what they know they need to do to be healthy and actually doing it. You're not alone! Most people struggle with making significant changes to their diet and lifestyle and this is where the support of the right health coach can make a difference.

Together, we decide where to begin. Together, we will outline specific goals around areas of nutrition, hydration, relationships, relaxation, sleep, detoxification, and exercise.

How we begin…

In our first session, we will focus on your unique health story and the goals that brought you to coaching. We will examine all aspects of wellness, and identify areas that you feel have been neglected or are out of balance. Some of the areas we will explore include: eating habits, relaxation, sleep quality, self-care, life fulfillment, exercise/movement, response to stress, physical/mental fitness, thinking patterns, and relationships. As we narrow our focus on your areas of desired growth, I will collaborate with you to co-create attainable and realistic action-steps to reach your goals.
Each week we meet, I will be a source of accountability and support. We will celebrate even the smallest areas of growth and together, and I come alongside you to problem-solve when things don’t seem to be working. And when they are, I help you to stay on track.

Getting Started 
Schedule your free introductory session 
We begin this journey with a 30 minute discovery session, usually held through Zoom. This session is our first meet and greet and I’ll answer any questions you might have about the coaching process and about how I can support your needs. If you decide that we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a few forms and we will schedule your first official session. That’s it!
